Boil 2 cups of water in a pan.
Add ¼ teaspoon of salt when it gets boils.
Add 3/4 cup of pasta to the boiling water.
Stir the pasta for 10 to 12 minutes. Cook it until pasta becomes soft.
Once the cooking is done, move the cooked pasta to another vessel and drain the excess water.
Add 1 ½ teaspoon of oil to another pan and add chopped carrot, capsicum, broccoli and salt to it.
Cook it for 2 to 3 minutes under high flame and move to another vessel.
Add 1 ½ tbsp of butter to the pan under medium flame and add ½ teaspoon of chopped garlic and cook it for 30 seconds
Add 1 ½ tbsp of all-purpose flour to it, stir and cook for one minute.
Add 1 ½ cups of milk while stirring and keep stirring for 1 to 2 minutes
Low the flame and stir it for 4 minutes till it gets thicken.
Add ¼ teaspoon of oregano, ¼ teaspoon red chilli flakes and a little black pepper powder and salt to the mixture.
Mix well all ingredients and add cooked vegetables and pasta to it.
Turn off the flame and mix all the ingredients well.
Transfer it to another plate and the pasta is now ready for serving.
