Soften butter at room temperature
Beat the butter using an electric beater until it turns soft.
Add sugar and continue beating until the mixture become creamy.
Add vanilla essence into the mixture for flavour.
Finally, add the flour and beat gently until just incorporated.
Our cookie dough is ready.
Line the baking tray is using butter paper or a silicone baking mat.
Cookie dough can be piped into the baking tray using a piping bag.
Refrigerate this for at least 20-30 minutes.
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
Place the cookie dough and bake it for 25 – 30 minutes or until the edges become crispy.
Take out the cookies and let them cool down completely.
