Vegetable Salad

  • 2 Numbers Cucumber
  • 2 Numbers Carrot
  • 1 Tomato
  • 1 Radish
  • 2 Onions
  • 1 tbsp Seeds
  • 1 tbsp Nuts Chopped
  • 1 tbsp Almonds Chopped

Vegetable Salad Dressing

  • 1 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1 tsp Lemon Juice
  • 3 Numbers Italian basil
  • 1 tsp Celery Chopped
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Pepper


  • Wash all of the vegetables first. Carrots, radish, and cucumber should all be peeled and chopped. 
  • Chop the tomatoes into small pieces. Chop the spring onions finely. In a large mixing basin, combine all of the vegetables. 
  • Dry roast all the seeds and nuts in a pan until crisp and lightly browned. Set aside for now. 
  • Take a small bowl and mix the ingredients to make the dressing. Pour the sauce over the vegetables in the mixing bowl. 
  • Mix well to evenly coat the vegetables in the dressing. Add the toasted nuts and dried fruits on top. 
  • Vegetable salad is ready, Toss before serving.
