Vegetable Salad Recipe – Easy and healthy salad
Vegetable Salad is a healthy food that will keep you strong and fit. Vegetable salad is light and delicious, with a variety of vegetables.
- 2 Numbers Cucumber
- 2 Numbers Carrot
- 1 Tomato
- 1 Radish
- 2 Onions
- 1 tbsp Seeds
- 1 tbsp Nuts Chopped
- 1 tbsp Almonds Chopped
Vegetable Salad Dressing
- 1 tbsp Olive oil
- 1 tsp Lemon Juice
- 3 Numbers Italian basil
- 1 tsp Celery Chopped
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Pepper
Wash all of the vegetables first. Carrots, radish, and cucumber should all be peeled and chopped.
Chop the tomatoes into small pieces. Chop the spring onions finely. In a large mixing basin, combine all of the vegetables.
Dry roast all the seeds and nuts in a pan until crisp and lightly browned. Set aside for now.
Take a small bowl and mix the ingredients to make the dressing. Pour the sauce over the vegetables in the mixing bowl.
Mix well to evenly coat the vegetables in the dressing. Add the toasted nuts and dried fruits on top.
Vegetable salad is ready, Toss before serving.
